How I approach therapy
I specialize in working with youth and adults on a range of concerns. With a deep passion for helping others, I have dedicated my career to providing a safe and compassionate space for individuals from diverse backgrounds. Throughout my years of practice, I have had the privilege of working with clients from all walks of life. My goal has always been to create a supportive environment where my clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and relationships. I have worked extensively with African American youth and adults.
Empathy and engagement are at the core of my therapeutic practice. I strive to create a warm and nonjudgmental space where my clients feel heard, valued, and understood. I believe that every individual has unique strengths and inner resources that can be harnessed to foster growth and positive change.
